Technology & Infrastructure Consulting
Resilient Path Consulting

Helping small businesses and local governments eliminate single points of failure, coordinate technology vendors, and strengthen cybersecurity policies.

What We Do

Resilient Path Consulting supports small businesses and local governments across Northeast Wisconsin. We help organizations design resilient, well-documented network and IT systems that reduce downtime and dependency on any single provider. Whether you manage a municipal network or a small business, we help ensure continuity, compliance, and control.

Where We Work

Based in Door County, Wisconsin, we bring deep local knowledge of internet, phone, and carrier infrastructure. Our vendor‑neutral guidance keeps you in control of your data, configurations, and hardware while coordinating fairly with regional service providers.

Core Services

Vendor Coordination & Oversight

Technical advocacy with ISPs, carriers, and IT providers. Clear proposals, fair terms, and accountable delivery.

Network Documentation & Mapping

Accurate maps of systems, roles, and data flows to prevent lock‑in and hidden dependencies.

Data & System Access Assurance

Ensure full access to your accounts, configurations, and hardware. We coordinate directly with existing vendors.

Develop or strengthen your cybersecurity policy, including access control, password management, and vendor accountability. We help align with NIST, CISA, or Wisconsin state guidance while keeping it practical for your organization.

Contract Review & Billing Advocacy

Review terms, SLAs, and invoices; resolve disputes and reduce unnecessary charges.
